  • Is it Free to Register with GitiWholesale?

    Yes! Its 100% Free to register. Please visit the Link Here to fill out our registration form. Be sure to Upload all the necessary documentation required to avoid delays on your registration.

  • Are you open to the General Public?

    At this time we only sell to registered business owners at Wholesale Price. If you wish to purchase for yourself please visit our retail website www.GitiOnline.com

  • Is there a minimum order requriement?

    No, we don't require a minimum order requirement BUT all our products are sold as a pack. Each product will display how many pieces of that style come inside each pack. All products that are sold on GitiWholesale are sold in packs. We do not sell individual pieces.

  • How do I register so I can start shopping?

    Visit the link here and fill out the registration form. Please allow 24 hours after registering to gain access to GitiWholesale.com. You can always call us at 786-502-2051 or Email us at Gitiwholesale@gmail.com for better assistance or if you wish to speed up your registration.

  • What documents are required for Florida Retailers?

    If you are a retailer inside the State of Florida then we require a Copy of your Florida Resale Certificate along with a Valid Photo ID. You can obtain your Florida Resale Certificate at any local Tax Office by registering your business with the State of Florida. Also you can apply online here. It is required that we recieve a copy of your Florida Resale Certificate otherwise we won't be able to grant you access to GitiWholesale.com

  • What documents are requried for Retailers OUTSIDE Florida?

    For All Retailers within the United States we require any type of business documentation that proves your a Business Owner along with a Valid Photo ID. The business document that is requried can be in the form of a Business License, Tax Permit, EIN Document, Reseller Permit, etc....Any of those documents will be enough for us to grant you access to GitiWholesale.com

  • What documents are required for International Customers?

    For International Customers we only require a copy of your Passport OR Government Issued Photo ID from your Country.

  • Account

  • How do I change my password?

    If you wish to change your password please login to your account. Once you login go to "My Account" located on the top of the website page. For Mobile once you login click on the User Icon on the top of your mobile screen then click "My Account". Once you get to your account page you will see a tab that says "Account Details" Click on that. Scroll to the bottom of the page where is says "Your Password" Go ahead and enter your new password and hit "Sumbit" Your all Set! If you have issues with this please contact us at GitiWholesale@Gmail.com

  • How do I delete my account?

    Please send us an email to GitiWholesale@gmail.com that you wish to close your account.

  • How do I change my account settings?

    You can make any changes to your account when you first login. Once you login go to "My Account" located on the top of the website page. For Mobile once you login click on the User Icon on the top of your mobile screen then click "My Account". Once you get to your account page you will see a tab that says "Account Details" Here is where you can change any account settings.

  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    Unforuantely the only way to reset your password is to send us an Email or Call Us to have your account password resetted. 

  • Payments

  • What payments do you accept?

    At this time we accept payments from Paypal and All Major Credit/Debit Cards. We can not accept any other form of payment at this time.

  • Why did my credit card or PayPal payment fail?
